S - Silence: Meditation, prayer, or quiet reflection
A - Affirmations: Affirmations or statements
V - Visualization: Mental imagery of goals and future state
E - Exercise: Physical activity to energize body and mind
R - Reading: Any content that moves us forward
Sc - Scribing: Journaling or writing thoughts
O - Organizing: Planning your day and priorities or reorganising the system

Consistency is key - aim to complete as many activities as possible each day.
